“I have been working out for two years and it has made a huge difference in my life. Not only am I much fitter and stronger, I feel younger and more energetic! In addition, my cholesterol went down, bone density went up, and my migraines disappeared. How did this all start? When I was 59, I made a decision to put myself first for once. I paid to have personal training instead of doing it myself at home or at a place like Planet Fitness (tried both numerous times and never lasted more than a few months). What I was missing was someone to push me. I have not once since then regretted a cent of the money I have spent on training because I know for a fact I wouldn’t still be working out if it weren’t for my trainers. The trainer I have spent most time with is Christen D’Eliseo. She is something special! She seems to always know how much I can do in my training without pushing it too far. I have accomplished many things in training with her that I never thought I could do. She’s one of those coaches that make you want to do the task not only for yourself but also for her. Christen also finds a way to work around any type of problem, like a sore back or knee, and not only did I not have to skip training, but the problem always seemed to improve more rapidly. Did I mention that she is hilarious? She really knows her stuff but she makes training fun and interesting while still pushing you to do more and better. She’s not only a great trainer, she’s also a great person. I always look forward to sessions with her!”
